Andra Arnold

Andra was my agent for purchasing a property in Moorefield, Ontario when my son and I made the move from Northwestern Ontario for him to attend university in 2011 and then selling for me to move to Kitchener in 2014. She was fantastic to work with, she understood the distance involved after having lived in NWO herself, and even sacrificed her commission to make the deal go through after an unforeseen difficulty arose. Andra went above and beyond by helping me find a rental home when health issues forced me to move and she has kept in touch over the past 14 years. I didn't hesitate to recommend her when my son started looking for a condo to purchase this fall (2024) and she immediately agreed to help him even though he wasn't looking for properties in Guelph! We had a reunion during his final walkthrough which made our realty circle complete. Andra's professionalism, knowledge, and kindness are outstanding and the personal touch is never missing.
