Great experience in finding an inner city investment deal during a rising interest rate environment. Rent's were going up and values were a bit difficult to ascertain but Amit really helped us find a good deal. Furthermore, was excellent in the negotiation process as we were willing to pay higher than what we ended up getting the deal for. Highly recommend him.
