We have known Allan Taylor for approximately 15 years. He is not only one of the most experienced realtors in Osoyoos, he was also our neighbour in the Sole Vita complex in Osoyoos. Allan sold our townhouse in Osoyoos at the end of summer, 2019, in 3 weeks. His extensive knowledge of the market helped us set the sale price correctly. The real estate tour, advertising, and open house were all handled in a timely, professional way. We could not have sold our unit so quickly and efficiently without Allan’s help.
