We recently had the pleasure of working with realtor, Alexandra Lake, who helped us purchase a home in Niagara. We personally met with Alexandra before departing on our trip. She knew the neighbourhoods well and helped us find the area that best suited our needs. When we finally found our home, Alexandra showed great professionalism as she led us through making an offer. She was immediately available to formulate our proposal, which was critical in an active market. She shrewdly and expediently negotiated a deal keeping our best interest in mind at all times, and we were very pleased with the final deal. Once the house was purchased, Alexandra helped us find a reliable and experienced home inspector. She was present for the inspection and virtually showed us what was happening throughout the process. She also recommended some good real estate lawyers and we were very pleased with the one we ended up choosing. Alexandra continually checked in with us, even after closing to ensure that every detail, went as planned. We are thrilled with our new home and love the neighbourhood that she helped us select. Buying a home, for most of us, is one of the largest purchases and decisions we make. We had great trust and confidence in Alexandra and felt supported throughout the entire process. She is diligent and really cares about her clients and goes beyond the call of duty. We have worked with several realtors throughout the years, and we found that Alexandra is truly exceptional.
