I have found Alec to be an excellent agent. His is friendly, has a pleasant manner, and always professional. He is patient, helpful, not pushy, has a positive attitude, and works very hard. He is knowledgable on current market conditions and property values in our area. Alec has been my agent for both selling and buying past homes. I would absolutely recommend Alec to anyone needing an agent.
