I started working with Afshin having high expectations, mostly because of the excellent job he had done helping my sister and an old friend, and I can say without a doubt that the service I received from him exceeded my high expectations. Afshin is highly intelligent, has solid work ethics, and is trustworthy. In addition, he has a good knowledge of the overall market and a sharp eye to detect small but important matters about properties (both positive and negative) which have been very helpful for decision making. For each offer, he prepared an analysis but he has never been pushy or insisting on his point of view. I found his points/recommendations very useful and chose to act upon them, and I’m happy that I did. I’m in the midst of three transactions with Afshin, a buy, a sale, and a lease. The lease transaction is completed and we’re working on the buy and sale.
