We are out of town clients but Nathan was able to help us and complete the sale without us making a trip to Canmore. We are pleased with their excellent knowledge of the local market, effective communication and professionalism, as well as their dedication to serve customers. Nathan provided us with a thorough market analysis, discussed his recommended selling price range with us, conducted the listing on both realtor.ca and the local PCS, assisted with finalizing and closing the sale.
