Kim Hancharuk has lived in the Okanagan for over 20 years. When she was young her family came to the Okanagan often in the summer and she always knew she would move to the area when the timing was right. Before starting her real estate career, she attended Okanagan College where she obtained her Medical Office Assistant Certificate, after which she spent several years working in the health care industry.
Through purchasing and selling several homes over the years she knows the stress and emotion behind buying and selling a home. She is a home owner, has undergone major renovations and understands the investor’s mindset.
