40 years ago, on the advice of a friend's Dad, who was a Realtor, Kevin purchased a home with his first paycheck as a professional hockey player. Over the years Kevin has continued to invest successfully in Real Estate, buying and selling properties. During that time, his main career as a professional hockey player and coach, afforded him the time to pursue Real Estate as an investment and 'hobby'. 2 years ago Kevin, along with his wife Cindy, decided to finally settle down in 'Paradise' (Osoyoos, where they have owned property for 30 years) and turn his hobby into a new career. Kevin's experience 'stickhandling' through the buying and selling process has given him the negotiation skills and knowledge to now help his clients enjoy a stress free sale or purchase of their home or property.
