My name is Kelsey Smith, and I am proud to be a part of Re/Max Crown Real Estate here in Regina. Real estate is my passion, and I am constantly driven to learn, grow, and excel in the industry. With a background in services, transitioning into real estate was a natural fit, and my dedication to customer service and problem-solving has been integral to my success. I have been a full-time Realtor since 2016, and as I approach my ninth year in the industry, I have refined key skills such as negotiation, multi-tasking, and prioritization. With a focus on residential real estate, I continue building strategies and relationships to best our amazing clients.

I work alongside my husband Kyle Mader, who got his real estate license in 2022. We work together to serve our clients to the best of our ability while taking care of our young family. With over 170 five star Google Reviews and hundreds of sales, we are proud to offer such a strong team dynamic to our clients.

I am licensed in residential, farm, and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on residential properties. I have hosted multiple First-Time Home Buyers Seminars, educating over 200 individuals in 2018 and 2019, and I continue to advance my knowledge through industry courses, including ABR®, SRS®, RENE®, and Negotiations Ninja. I have been a member of an international real estate coaching program for four years that allows me to collaborate and brainstorm with other real estate agents with a like-minded focus.

I am honored to have received the Platinum Club Award from RE/MAX in 2023, a recognition given to top-producing agents within the network. My team, The Regina Real Estate Group, received the coveted Chairman Club Award in 2024.
