Prior to my real estate career, I spent fifteen years working as a mortgage lender. That banking experience gave me knowledge of the real estate process, the life situations that can affect transactions, and the consequences of not following process.
There are many steps to a real estate transaction, so I developed my own processes that take you from your first visit with me to when I hand over your keys, and see a smile on your face.
I also volunteer for my profession, and have been a Director on the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board for the past 5 years, and most recently Chair 2023.
