Karen Ayou is a second generation Realtor who grew up with a love of Real Estate. Buying her first investment at 19 and doing well in Real Estate herself, she has dscovered a niche to work with Investors from all over Vancouver Island and Vancouver. She is an active member of certain investment clubs and she is known to have a keen eye for cash flowing properties!

Karen lives in Nanaimo with her husband, her two daughters and pets, but is originally from the mainland. She LOVES Vancouver Island and has a passion to help grow Nanaimo and the small businesses in town, as she believes Nanaimo holds so much incredible potential!
