A successful sales career with BMW and a passion for real estate investing led Joel to shift his focus full time into the real estate arena. His boutique Brokerage in the Okanagan Valley (Vantage West Realty) quickly grew to the largest independent in the market. With a recent sale of Vantage West, Joel and his Team, Sherlock + Associates, have recently opened a new Kelowna Office.
