Why me for your real estate needs? I was a young first time buyer once, and a move up client as well. This is when my career change came about. We decided to move out of our existing home into a new build. We hired a family friend to help us sell, that did not work. Then we were told by our builder, hire a TOP agent, he will get you SOLD so we did. Our needs where never addressed nor was our interest considered when we got an offer, from one of the most ruthless agents in our area, known for undercutting prices....But we had our TOP agent, so we thought we were safe...NOT the case. We were drained to early morning hours to make a deal that was not in our best interest. Our agent would not help us, but wanted the deal done that night. We were told, sign the offer back so this guy will go away.
