Joanne Maillet was born & raised in Moncton, and graduated from Université de Moncton with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management. Passionate in all that she does, Joanne has a solid background in Marketing, Property Management, Customer Relations Management, and Residential & Commercial Leasing.
Joanne Maillet has several years’ experience managing a mixed use development and successfully oversaw its daily operations. Working closely with contractors, architects, and designers, from initial design conception to tenant occupancy, Joanne always communicated to the Team the importance of optimizing the space’s functionality, based on her customers’ needs and market demand. She also created model suites, showcasing the suites’ many features.
