Jandy lives on the waterfront (Strait of of Juan de Fuca) in Metchosin B.C. with her husband Chad and her daughter Asia.

Jandy was raised in Victoria B.C. & has lived in many different communities throughout the city: Broadmead, Cadboro Bay, Uplands, downtown Victoria, Fairfield & Metchosin.

It is this knowledge of our city that has allowed her to understand the diversity and uniqueness of each of the areas in order to find the best fit for her clients.

A long and successful career in sales with many awards for Recognition in Sales & Customer Service has enabled Jandy to develop her negotiating skills to ensure her clients profit greatly without leaving any money on the table. Jandy knows the importance of hard work and determination in achieving her goals. Between the age of 3 to 17, Jandy competed in figure skating competitions, eventually achieving her goal of skating in the BC Winter Games.

She also knows the importance of professional development and continuing education: “In order to see to my clients’ best interests and protection, I have attended many real estate seminars in Canada and the US. I am driven to always improve. I am a lifelong learner and therefore always seek out more than just the minimal requisite courses required by our association.”
