Jack entered the real estate profession in November 1974 and within 14 months he was managing his first office with a major Canadian Brokerage. Through his dedication and commitment to excellence, he established the #1 office in Ontario, further acknowledged as being the #7 office in Canada. Due to his determined nature in developing quality offices, Jack was privileged to be granted the Manager of the Year Designation in 1981. In 1983 he became the Broker/Owner/Manager with a major North American franchisee and in 1991 he sold his interests and joined an aggressive Canadian Franchisee as the General Manager. Throughout his career, Jack designed in excess of 50 Real Estate (Business Development) Educational Programs, personally presented over 500 Workshops/Seminars relating to all aspects of Professional Performance and he orchestrated the delivery of Industry Compulsory Credit Programs to 3,000 Toronto and area Realtors.
