Ishkaran Singh Kandhari was born and raised in New Delhi, India and attended a renowned boarding school in the mountain town of Nainital. This beautiful place instilled a love for nature, planting a desire to one day build a life somewhere with similarly tremendous views and endless outdoor offerings.

While growing up, Ishkaran was inspired by witnessing both his grandfather’s strive for success; One in the political realm and the other, the patriarch of their family’s business empire. Ishkaran was able to see the lifestyle of privilege they attained, and furthermore, the respect and honor they received-a testament to their fortitude and hard work. By proximity, Ishkaran learned the importance of work ethic and gained valuable business savvy from a young age.
