Never have I had such a great experience with a Realtor as quick and efficient as Warren . To our first call to appraisal of our home to selling ( for asking ) had never been easier. Warren kept in contact with me with all offers even when I felt anxious and wanted to take first offer he assured me it was only a start. Less then 24 hours we got asking price .
