Warren is the best! His plan for selling our home, the photos, his suggestions to get the house ready and the description were spot on. He picked a day of the week and a price point to put it up into the market. The photos set our home up to look marvelous. We really appreciated the advice we were given on how to stage the house and yard - we had never done this before. He was always available to us and replied so quickly to our texts & phone calls. Our home was sold in 4 hours at more than our asking price. All of the above should tell you how accurate he was in the whole process of selling our home. And to top it off he had the most positive outlook and just a wonderful laugh. We would recommend Warren to all our friends. Thank you Warren on a job well done!

Warren is the absolute best I could have hoped for. He helped me tremendously with the purchase of my first home. I couldn't imagine the level of expertise being higher with another agent. Personable, honest, realistic and experienced. He took the time to explain things to me (as mentioned I'm a first time buyer) that I don't believe he had too.
