I have sold several properties worldwide in the last 20 years. I've dealt with many realtors and I must say, from the moment I met Valerie, I was impressed. She was prepared, knowledgable and easily answered every question I had, no matter what I threw at her. For the first time I felt like I was meeting with a team member and not a sales person. From then on, we worked as a team; bouncing ideas and strategies off each other. She did not preach to me, but guided me when I had questions and listened to me when I had my own thoughts. Selling a home is usually a stressful undertaking, but with Valerie I felt confident and sure throughout the entire process. Even though I know she had many other clients, I felt like I was her only client as she always responded quickly and accurately. I will, without hesitation, work with Valerie for all my properties in and around the London area as well as recommend her to all my friends and family. Valarie came in during a very rushed period for my family as we were relocating out of country. Unfortunately the relocation company forgot to start the sale process and as such Valarie had to do a lot of the correspondence virtually. Luckily she worked with us on how to stage the house to be attractive, but not completely disruptive to our day to day activities. In all, we sold our house within 5 days on the market which is exactly what we needed!
