I worked with Valarie after my sister highly recommended her, and I’m so glad I did. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Valarie was always responsive, knowledgeable, and patient in walking me through the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and guided me toward a beautiful home, and even pointed out red flags on certain properties that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own (like wet basements or suspiciously low listing prices). What stood out most is that it never felt like she was just providing a service I truly felt like I had a partner in finding my home. For that reason, I’d absolutely recommend Valarie to anyone looking to buy or sell.
