Take it from me, if you are ever in need of a realtor in Toronto or surrounding areas, the one that you must consider first is Trish Buchanan. You will most likely find that she is the only one you need. Her personality, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail throughout a purchase or sale is absolutely amazing. She guides you right through the initial consultation, listing, showings, offers and closing with ease and clarity. Her approach on the entire process is wonderful. She also handles Rental Properties in the same manner. I had the pleasure to utilize her services twice recently in a short period of time. During a tough time for our family, she helped us deal with selling an Estate property. She offered so many suggestions and kept our emotions in check. She had her finger on the pulse of an uncertain market and walked us through several scenarios. In the end, if it were not for her guidance and true knowledge of the overall situation, we may not have been able to sell the property for many months down the road. It no doubt would have been at a much lower price while incurring property expenses along the way. Trish came to the rescue again when I had tenants unexpectedly leave a rental property. She recommended somewhat of a makeover and was hands on during the process, overseeing that things were done properly and in a timely manner. She listed and showed it while looking over several offer applications. We went through all of these to narrow it down to tenants that would be the best fit. It was not all about the highest bidder for me yet she did manage to secure a rental agreement that I would not have expected at the time. She even wrote up the Lease Agreement. Trish is full of great ideas and goes above and beyond expectations while keeping your best interests in mind. She is second to none and you feel so comfortable dealing with her. In today’s Real Estate Climate, Trish is a true Gem. Do yourself a favour and keep her name and number on Speed Dial. You will thank yourself and never look back!
