Ms. Buchanan handled the sale of our summer home. Despite this not being her usual area of expertise, the sale was made, quickly, worry-free and to everyone's satisfaction. The smallest detail was not overlooked. She even posted a 'Welcome Home' sign for the new buyers. Her warm personality and exceptional knowledge makes her a #1 Agent. I would recommend her most highly.

Over the years, I’ve bought and sold five homes, and I was fortunate enough to have Trish help me purchase my latest home in 2015 and then sell it seven years later in Feb 2022. Trish provided us with excellent service throughout the sale of our home, assistance in renting to provide a temporary place to stay and eventual purchase of our new residence. The professionals that she brought in to inspect, photograph, stage and present our home saved us a large amount of work and time. Her honest appraisal of our home brought us multiple offers and a quick sale at a very good price. She was very helpful when assisting us in finding and buying our new home. She understood what we wanted and kept us well informed about the selling prices for the type of property we were looking for. We felt very confident that our offer was reasonable, but we were not overpaying based on the market info we received.
