<p>When I decided to sell my house I was very reluctant to choose a real estate agent because I was worried about finding someone who had integrity, was genuine, knowledgeable, and upfront about any issues or concerns that could arise. Then I met Phil and after having a few discussions with him, I was very relieved. Phil is trustworthy and patient and worked diligently to sell my property with dynamic energy. He made the process as comfortable as possible and I recommend Phil 100% to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.</p>

I had my house on the market with another realtor before I hired Mr. Phillip Grainger. After no results from the first realtor, her time was up, so during a long weekend I emailed Phillip some questions. I didn't expect for him to reply until the next business day but surprisingly, he replied promptly. This was impressive since he didn't know me and it was a holiday weekend. Phillip is dependable, straight up, honest and answered all my questions. He was respectful, informative and thorough. He took great pictures, provided advise and most importantly, he kept his word! Phillip went to his office to get his For-Sale sign and Sold my house before he put sign on my lawn. AMAZING!!! When hurdles and challenges arose, Philip handled pressure well and calmly, he communicated efficiently and problem solved, with a positive attitude. It is an added bonus that Phillip is likeable and a joy to be around and you don't have to micromanage him because he's self-motivated! I would most defiantly refer Phillip to my friends and family and without a doubt I will hire him for the next purchase and or sale of my future investment property. Thank you, Phillip, for caring, doing a fantastic job, for your professionalism and being a man of your word! You won't be let down, if you hire Mr. Grainger!

An amazing gentleman to work with. He was always available day or night if I had any questions or concerns. Always on top of his work. He helped me out quite a bit especially through covid times. Made himself available at all times even when he was not well. Made me aware of every aspect of selling a home as this was my first. Very compationate after all he was selling my moms house for me as she had passed away christmas eve. I would recommend him anytime, anywhere and to anyone. Thanks again Phil. We got exactly what he put the house on the market for. Hard worker.
