We moved to this area from another province knowing very little about the area. I was dealing with Philip Grainger for weeks via texts and phone calls prior to our arrival and he was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was in place for us when we arrived and all worked out perfectly! He was the consummate professional at all times. We had had some negative experience with Real Estate agents in the past while selling our home which had soured us a little on the profession to the extent that we had hoped to do any transactions here on our own and was a little skeptical about using agent. Meeting Philip changed all of that for us. From day one we felt that our best interests were his top concern and remained such all the way through our dealings with him and continue to be so. We have dealt with numerous agents over the years and hands down Philip is the best!!!! We hope to do more business with Philip in the future and would not even consider going to another agent. Without any reservations or hesitation whatsoever we put our trust and faith in his abilities that he will deliver. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
