Buying a house and selling another one at the same time at the top of the market (especially in this crazy market) was not an easy task which needs high level of effort and commitment and Nav has both. He was very professional with great personality. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met and selling my home at the right time. He is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent supporter. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see he moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair and for selling our home he did a great job in advertising and negotiation as well. He did his best and in addition to being our realtor he gave us the feeling of working with someone just like a family member. He is really amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or sell a house you won’t regret.

Nav is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. His market analysis was really helpful for us to find the best option for our family and buying a great home in a very special and great location that fit right in our price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. One of the most important things about him was his honesty and for buying or selling your house, he acts as if it belongs to himself and does the best you can imagine. After dealing with several other brokers and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Nav. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a home or sell a house.

A really patient, professional and honest realtor. Our journey was quite long and took a couple of months. He always paid full attention to our criteria’s and tried his best to find properties which serve our requirements the best. Navid is a resourceful realtor and he was providing us different information and insights that helped us in our house hunting process. He was always there for us, day and night and even when we found our dream home, he did his best to describe all aspects of our decision. In the closing process he helped us finding an inspector in a very short notice. Interestingly he didn’t disappear even after completion, he is still following up to see if there is anything he can help with. All in all, our experience with Navid was really good.

Nav has been nothing short of perfect when it came to buying a home. He always had an eye for our best interests and shared his opinion and his knowledge with us. We were able to secure a perfect home for our growing future plans well under our budget with his patient help. He talked us through every process so even newbies like us would clearly understand. He was always proactive and got back to us very quickly about any questions we had and especially when things got more serious and we tabled an offer. His work was accurate and highlighted everything exactly as we wished. He is very honest and humble. He was always on our side. He was very patient with both us and our seller (and their agent) even when we had some unexpected hurdles. Everything was worked out through his expert negotiations. He has great connections with a mortgage broker and a building inspector, both of whom made time in their extremely busy schedules for us, simply because we were working with Nav. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Really good and honest realtor, he will put you first and understands your need and will give advice base on what you want. For me who is very fresh into real estate Nav being my realtor makes it easier to deal with it because he explain everything to you. He never hesitated to help me even though we never met yet. We just actually met when we are signing contracts for our assignment. Will definitely use his expertise again with all my future dealings with real estate. And will definitely recommend him with all my friends and family.
