Navid is a professional, organized, patient and honest realtor. He would tell me both perspectives on what he likes about the home and what he doesn't like about it. He would give me scenarios if something were to happen, giving me all perspectives of the situation. He's always there to guide me every step of the way since I am a first-time home buyer. He even took his time making a short video on "Loom" explaining to me what things meant on the contract I was about to sign. Overall, he's very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him if you need a realtor!
