He has a lot of contacts and social media connections, we believe that this helped get people through and eventually get it sold.</p> <p>He's also knew contractually where and how to protect us, things a lesser agent might not think of. We'd recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.</p>

<p>Nas is incredible. He suggested we offer less than we planned even though this would mean less commission for him. After a deal was struck, he kept in touch, getting things done for us. He offered to get maid services to come in to give quotes. He recommended Carlos Purcell at RBC Insurance, saving us a ton of money. During final inspection he went through the house thoroughly, checking every cabinet, faucet, window etc. He gave us housewarming gifts. Amazing. Don't know how he makes a profit.</p>
