<p><br />My Husband and I just moved to Nova Scotia from the B.C Nas was very helpful with all of our questions from safe communities to live all the way to heating and sewage systems.</p> <p>Neither my Husband or I felt pressured at any point to buy a house. Nas made us feel the opposite- he told us the more houses we look at the more he(Nas) will know what we are looking for and the more we will know what we want.</p> <p>Nas also recommended a mortgage broker, lawyer, homeowners insurance, and the house inspector. We went with a few of his recommendations and wish we went with them all. We were very pleased with house nice, professional and fast to respond they all were.<br />Nas also took the time to let us know about all the fees when buying a house. Very helpful.</p> <p>As a first time home buyer we would highly recommend Nas as your realtor.<br />We can't wait to do business with him again.</p> <p>Thank you for all of your hard work Nas and for making our dreams become a reality.</p>

<p>If you are looking for someone who is respectful and professional, look no further. I was trying to help my elderly aunt sell her house. We had interviewed a number of agents and finally settled on Nassim. It could have been complicated and challenging by the fact that I live in Ottawa and she is in Nova Scotia, but Nas was fantastic. He kept me updated every step of the way. He was always available and I never had to wonder what was going on because he (and his assistant Danielle) were constantly providing me with updates and kept in contact - communicating by phone, text and email - whatever worked for me.</p> <p>He gave me the sense that even though I wasn't there, he was on it, every step of the way until it was done. He had great suggestions and was so helpful and supportive when I found myself trying to deal with unexpected twists and hiccups. We were thrilled to have the house sold before winter set-in - in fact it was sold and closed in just over 2 months !</p> <p>I have dealt with agents in Ottawa and a few in Nova Scotia and I feel fortunate to have been able to work with Nas. He demonstrated great patience, understanding and empathy in dealing with a client who was selling a home she had lived in for over 80yrs.</p> <p>If you are planning to sell your home, I wholeheartedly recommend Nas - you will not be disappointed.</p>

Although there was nothing in it for him personally, he did a thorough investigation and within a day or two was able to give us an honest assessment of the house's market potential. He gave us many points of advice as to how to increase its saleability. It was as if he had all the time in the world for us.</p> <p>Nas is affable, professional and knowledgeable.</p>
