Michelle did it again!! This is the 6th property Michelle has helped us and/or our immediate family to buy or sell. She is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. Michelle was the best realtor we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She sold my dad's house quickly and for more than what he was expecting. From the first meeting, she was prepared, had done the research on other comparable houses in the area and suggested a listing price. She provided great advice on how to prepare the house for sale and brought in an excellent photographer which highlighted the features of the house. They did a great job marketing the house and there was multiple showings within hours of listing. She was always available for questions, got back to us in a timely manner and checked in on a regular basis to see how we were doing. Michelle definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and we would highly recommend her and her team. Looking forward to working with her again when it's time to sell our own house!

Outstanding Realtor and personality to boot! We approached Michelle hoping to put our house on the market as a 'let's see what happens' scenario. Little did we know we'd both sell our old house and buy a new one in barely a couple of weeks! Michelle's marketing was on point and included some great advice from her and her colleagues, clearly working very well given how fast we received an offer we were happy to accept! When it came to buying, Michelle proved extremely knowledgeable regarding the century homes we were looking at and always made a point of checking the fundamentals of each house instead of letting us run away with the aesthetics. When it came to the difficult market we were buying in, Michelle helped us secure our new house with her top notch negotiation skills! We had so much fun going house hunting with Michelle that we were a little sad that it all happened so fast, but we'll stay in touch and would absolutely recommend Michelle and her team to any prospective buyers and sellers. :)
