I was really nervous about listing our home as it was just the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. There were a lot of new guidelines in place for buyers, sellers and realtors, and Michelle was able to assist with everything and put our minds at ease. She was able to set us up with perfect expectations, and never left us questioning any of the choices or decisions that had to be made. Our initial offer fell through, and we had another offer come in less than 4 hours later. Both the stager and photographer she brought in were able to showcase our home so beautifully, it made us wonder if we were crazy for leaving. If we ever decide to make another move, we will definitely reach out to Michelle, and will give her recommendation to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Michelle was knowledgeable in regards to the Strathmore market where I purchased. She lives and works in the area which I found essential as most real estate agents are based out of Calgary. This made me comfortable working with Michelle as she was well connected to the marketplace and could speak to the local attractions, businesses, events, etc. I look for real estate agents that are direct and have an eye for detail. Michelle is strong in both matters as this became key in viewing homes right through to making an offer and closing the purchase.
