Coming from Vancouver to Lethbridge we wanted to purchase revenue properties for our retirement. We greatly appreciate Marilyn’s brutal honesty with our interests in mind. After purchasing 4 homes with her this past year, we trust that when Marylin says she has a good house for us to look at we need to look!

Marilyn was fun to work with and she made my first solo home buying experience so easy and she made sure I’d have a safe home in a great neighbourhood which is important!! Great to have an agent who cares!!
