Buying a house and moving to another province can be quite daunting, especially if you know nothing about the province you are moving to. This was my experience; however, Marilyn went beyond the norm and made it her quest to inform me of each area I was looking. She was friendly and incredibly professional throughout the experience, and I and my entire family are grateful to her. We bought and sold with time restrictions in a softening market, Marilyn got the word out to her colleagues before our house was ready to list and kept us updated and informed about the status, and we accepted an offer at near asking price the day of listing. Her friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism is excellent. We also appreciated her willingness to go the second mile and work late hours to get everything processed and prepared. She was excited to help us find what we were looking for. We enjoyed the time we spent with her. She listened to us, she respected our opinions, she remembered what we did and did not want, she moved quickly to make appointments that worked for us, often on short notice. She is sharp, she is efficient and she communicated! Nine days after we put in our offer, we had the keys. Wow…plus she got us our home at the first price we offered.
