MY HOME SOLD IN LESS THEN 2 WEEKS. I AM VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED WITH MARCEL. HE CHOSE AN AWESOME PHOTOGRAPHER TO MAKE THE LISTING EVEN GREATER. OVER ALL I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND MARCEL GLADU TO ANYONE LOOKING TO SELL THEIR HOME QUICKLY.

I’m not sure what Marcel’s middle name is, but I’d guess it’s “Extra Mile” given the level of service he provided with the sale of my house. With the stressful situation I was dealing with, Marcel went above and beyond and I’m grateful beyond words. He was always easy to reach, kept me updated constantly, and did absolutely everything he could at every stage of the process. I couldn’t recommend him more if I tried, and wouldn’t dream of using another realtor for any future real estate transactions. Thank you Marcel!

Marcel was great to work with. He explained everything very thoroughly to us and really helped us understand this process. He communicated very often with us to keep us in the loop of what was happening with our house. Our house sold within a week of being on the market for over our asking price. We could not be happier with Marcel and would 100% recommend him to anybody.

Selling my first home with Marcel was a wonderful experience. He instills confidence in his clients and assures them that they are getting the highest quality of service. Not knowing many realtors in the Sudbury area, I decided to interview a couple to see who we felt most comfortable with and Marcel without a doubt came on top with his knowledge of the market and great attention to detail. Marcel and Tina went to work right away with tastefully staging the house (decluttering, moving furniture around, bringing in their own decor) while I was out of town and took ownership of the entire process. The house was listed on the market within a couple of days of us meeting with him. Marcel kept us informed during the entire process and was able to get us full asking price on the house. Not being in Sudbury during the entire process, we always felt that Marcel had everything under control. Even after the sale was over, Marcel continued to stay in touch to ensure I was satisfied with the overall sale of the house and does go the whole nine yards to ensure his clients are left fully satisfied with the transaction. Marcel keep doing what you do best and keep up your sense of humor! If I were to move to Sudbury again, you will be definitely be contacted.
