Marcel is an outstanding realtor. I found him through this website and the reviews were true! Marcel is great at what he does. He knows the market very well and helped us get over asking for the sell of our home. He also helped us land our dream home in a very competitive market. I would absolutely recommend him. If I can be critical though, I did feel that he was sometimes too busy (I guess it’s the price you pay for working with the best?). He was supposed to send me our listing for review before it went live and didn’t. There were issues with some of the information presented and some missing information. He did amend them as soon as I brought it to his attention though. Our experience with Marcel was very positive! I know there was a lot that happened in the background to make our transactions go smoothly. Highly recommended!!

Marcel went above and beyond for us. Went out of his way for things that are not in his job description. He obviously cares about his clients, and makes sure the experience is stress free. Thank marcel. 😊😊

The only issue we had is that Marcel sold our house wat to quick. Now we have no reason to bug him and enjoy his bubbly personality. Thanks a million Marcel

Marcel is knowledgeable of the real estate market for my area. He listen to my concerns and tried to answer all the questions regarding listing my house. He advised what I should be doing to make my house more showable and attractive for a buyer and did a great job making it look beautiful. He is a motivated person and gave great advise. I rally believe that he did the best for me and sold my house in three day. Thank you Marcel!
