Jim maintained a positive outlook during an uncertain real estate market. Our home was presented to perspective buyers with a must view media presentation. Our home slid quickly with no issues. I would openly recommend Jim to anyone. He also deserves an extra star beyond a 5 star rating.

Jim specialized in helping seniors downsize or transition out of their family home. He was very helpful and knows how to make seniors and their families feel confident in the process. Despite a slow market, we ended up at a good price and closing. Jim was great to work with!

Jim outlined the strategy for the whole sale process and supported us every step of the way. He communicated every development with us and discussed ways to deal with them. This was particularly helpful as we encountered a couple of tricky situations. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interests and were very comfortable with him as our agent. Despite a "challenging" market Jim not only delicately managed expectations but also got us a fair price for our property!! His communication was when necessary and extremely transparent. At no point did we ever feel pressured to make a decision.
