Chris was fantastic to work with — incredibly detailed with his price analysis, great at negotiation, and incredibly knowledgeable when it came to identifying a genuinely good home. We appreciated how thorough he was when reviewing the homes we were interested in. He broke down the details clearly, helped us understand what to watch for, and made sure we were putting in a well-informed and fair offer. Chris also made himself consistently available for showings and negotiations, which we really valued. He encouraged us to share our thoughts openly, never pressured us, and always walked us through both the pros and the cons of every option. Wouldn’t let me buy the first one I saw. Wanted me to see everything. Explain all the things I would have to know about condo living .
