His personal approach, deep understanding of your needs and "getting everything done for you" philosophy leaves nothing but success in your hands. I will definitely recommend him. As a matter of fact I'm looking for every excuse to work with him again!</p>

<p>Fuad did an outstanding job for us. He was absolutely available and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. We looked at so many houses and when our offer was accepted he worked with us all way through (such as house inspection, finding a lawyer, etc) which was a great help for us. We met Fuad through an open house. Shortly after we met, we sat down and went through selling process with him. Fuad worked hard to get our condo sold almost instantly at a good price, despite other units in our building sitting on the market and not selling. Fuad does go above and beyond. He's a really great person at heart and he's also an amazing realtor. That's an unusual combination in his line of work. He set us up with a staging consultation that helped us to see our property from a buyer's point of view and guided us in making some strategic updates that would show the property in its best light. We had numerous showings, an offer the first weekend on the market and an easy close. Overall, I absolutely recommend Fuad to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Toronto.
