<p>As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect but Fuad made the whole process easy. His experience was a huge value when looking at potential properties and he genuinely cared that I would end up happy with my purchase. He was able to point out things I wouldn't have normally considered when viewing properties and was a much appreciated second opinion. I have seen other realtors work with friends and family and Fuad definitely goes above and beyond what other realtors offer.</p>

<p>We have had hard time making a decision on whom to hire to handle our sale. Fuad was our third realtor, he was referred to us by a close friend, and we cannot thank him enough for all the work he has done. His great advise to declutter the house prior to sale and re-arranging the furniture has done magic. Daily updates, constant follow ups with buyers. House was sold for more than we have expected. <p>Fuad was a pleasure to work with throughout my search for a new place and this was by far the best experience I've had working with a real estate agent. He made himself available whenever I needed him to see the various properties, was always available to talk, offered great advice throughout the process, necessary paperwork was completed efficiently and electronically and we successfully bid on (and won) the first property that I loved by offering a fair and reasonable price at the right time.</p>

<p>I have never felt so compelled to write a 5 star review. Several months ago I was looking to buy a home and Fuad was recommended to me by a friend. This experience has FAR exceeded my expectation. Fuad is honest, patient, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I consider myself extremely efficient, but Fuad gave me a run for the money. When I text/email him, I ALWAYS get a response in less than 1 minute. I am ALWAYS well informed throughout the process. We have dealt with many realtors and none of them has half of Fuad's level of efficiency. I appreciate his frankness and wholeheartedly respect his opinions. He looks out for his client's best interest and fights hard for you. He does not hesitate to voice his opinion when he thinks a deal is a sham.</p> <p>With Fuad's help, we negotiated a sweet price on a fantastic home. His service did not abruptly stop after the closing. After we've moved into the house, there were some issues and I texted Fuad to see if he had any suggestions. He physically stopped by to help me resolve the problem. No realtors out there would do that. The service Fuad Abasov provides is customer service at its pinnacle.</p> <p>He loves his profession and cares about his clients. Most realtors out there look after their own interest. If my review is unconvincing and sounds too commonplace, his actions will speak a lot louder than my words. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, please do yourself a favor and do not look further. May I present to you Fuad Abasov - who deservingly should be coined "the Best Realtor in Vaughan". All in all, we could never have overcome the home buying process without Fuad and we can't thank him enough.</p>
