<p>We really appreciated Deb's professionalism and assistance in selling our house. Originally we thought it would take longer to sell due to the price range, but it was sold in 10 days from listing.</p>

<p>Debra was a wonderful realtor for the sale of my home. It's a tough market so it took longer than I would have liked, but she never sat idle waiting for the home to sell, she was always looking at different selling options. She was super thorough and easy to get a hold of. But not pushy or bossy. I appreciated how she kept tabs on the house for me as it was vacant, and I wasn't living in town. Made my life a whole lot more stress free. If I had to do it all over again, she would be my first choice for sure.</p>

<p>Deb Duncan is the most knowledgeable, professional realtor I've ever used. I've used realtors several times over my RCMP career and you depend on your realtor for local knowledge. Deb is very patient, answers your questions and if she doesn't know the answers she tells you that, and finds them. She was able to find flaws with houses that we missed and that other realtors would miss, far before getting to the home inspection phase. She is very personable, takes time to get to know you and your needs/wants. Her negotiation skills are exceptional. If you're needing a reliable, honest, professional who has exceptional knowledge Deb is worth hiring. You will be glad you did.</p>
