Deb is very patient, answers your questions and if she doesn't know the answers she tells you that, and finds them. She was able to find flaws with houses that we missed and that other realtors would miss, far before getting to the home inspection phase. She is very personable, takes time to get to know you and your needs/wants. Her negotiation skills are exceptional.
