<p>Debra is not the type of realtor who tries to make a sale - she really wants to do the best for her clients, whether they are searching for the perfect home or trying to sell quickly and for a good price.</p> <p>She is friendly, well-respected and knowledgeable - not only about communities and prices but about all aspects of homes (from windows and doors to furnaces and foundations), which is something I felt was over and above what I'd experienced from other realtors. She is not pushy, but gives advice and counsel on how fast a house will go, what a fair price would be and what concerns she has about a property.</p> <p>She found us our first home. The minute it was listed, she called and said she thought we needed to see it and likely act quickly... and she was right! It was conditionally sold a couple hours later, but she kept on top of the file and when the closing date passed, put in a backup offer in the case the original offer fell through. Her dedication to find us our perfect home was incredible - and she treats all clients this well, whether their budget is small or large.</p> <p>She sold a home for us as well. We wanted a quick sale, but also wanted a good price. She came with tons of research and comparables, and gave great advice on how price would/could impact timing, etc. In a slow market (and a poor economy), she managed to sell our house in four days for nearly our asking price.</p> <p>I couldn't be happier with her service, but she's also really a great person, and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in Regina or surrounding area!</p>

Very knowledgable, professional, available and not pushy. we have recommended Deb to a number of people who have all had similar experiences. Don't even think about another realtor!</p>

We met her when we bought in 2010 and had no reservations about who would look after our needs in selling. She is on top of each issue that comes up and always has a plan to move forward. Selling in a market that is tight was not an obstacle. Deb prepared us for the market and provided great advice that led to a sale higher than listing price and in a really short period of time. Amazingly, Deb out performed her own expectations and blew ours out of the water!!!</p> <p>On a personal level, her efforts reflect who she is as an individual. She cares about her clients and it shows. I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking to get in the Regina and area market.<br /> She is a five star person and a five star realtor!</p>
