Dave is a great realtor. His professionalism was obvious but was kind and understanding. We were moving from 2hrs away and he was so accommodating to see a bunch of listings on one day when we were down on a weekend. He was understanding, listened, easy to talk to, had great communication with us, was always available and just a genuine person.
