Dave helped my family and I sell our home as we were moving out of Stony Plain. He was knowledgeable and assisted in the sale of the property. He was able to do everything with one initial showing and the rest was dealt with online. My home had an offer in 6 days (and the deal closed in less than 30 days) and he successfully negotiated a more reasonable deal and kept me up to date with all the conditions, inspections and buyer communications.
