Brian acted for us as purchasers. For reasons completely unrelated to Brian, our transaction was not an easy one! The condo we wanted was in a building that appeared "complicated" to our Lender because of some remediation work. This entailed Brian's assistance to get clarity on a number of issues to satisfy the Lender and allow us to get the deal done. No request was too much. Brian was unphased throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Generally speaking, he was just very helpful and there for us in every way that you might expect, including emotionally!
