Brian was very patience and always with a great attitude showing us homes on various areas despite changing our searching criteria many times. He helped us get our dream condo at the price we wanted it. He always provided with Excellent service, this is our second property he is helping us buy in a 10 year period.

Brian was our agent when we bought our house 5 years ago so when it came time to move into a single-floor dwelling we called on him to act as our agent to sell the house and buy a 17th floor apartment. He explained all the details that had to be taken care of to complete the transactions in a timely manner. This resulted in multiple offers, one of which we accepted. He gave good advice about financing, insurance, etc so that was able to be done with as little pain as possible.

Brian was wonderful to work with and had our home sold in 3 days. He makes the complexities of selling and purchasing a new home easy to understand and was readily available. Brian’s advice and support are invaluable and we highly recommend him.
