Growing up in a home of Realtors and estate investors has provided Ilan with a natural appreciation for real estate and all its complexities. Being a second generation Realtor - mentored by one of Toronto's most awarded Realtors - has given Ilan an edge in real estate. Having been absorbed in real estate from an early age, Ilan quickly realised he had the passion, attitude and the right abilities required to help others succeed in achieving their real estate goals and was licensed as a Broker from the age of 20.

In his first year, Ilan was able to close more transactions than many Realtors close in their entire careers. His high energy and positive outlook coupled with his resourcefulness helps him work through problems efficiently and effortlessly, providing the client with a better real estate experience.
