As a resident of Vancouver since 1996 Eric is quick to call Vancouver home. Originally from Los Angeles and with both parents Canadian, it was inevitable that he find his way North at some point. What was planned to be a few year stay in this beautiful city turned into a love affair with the scenery and people that made living anywhere else out of the question.



A student of architecture, a need for a creative outlet and an almost obsessive attention to detail makes real estate a perfect fit.
