The Real Estate Crew was formed in 2006 by Eric Steinbach. At the time his business grew exponentially due to the growth in his business. He credits this growth to the 18 years running a successful furniture business. This experience taught him that, if you listen and do what the client truly desires, their likelihood of disappointment is minimal. After selling the store in 1998, the transition to real estate was natural. Twenty years later those very principals are still the main focus.

Eric Steinbach has spent 38 years in his own businesses. The first 18 was owning and operating a successful furniture retail store in the Edmonton area then selling real estate from 1998 to now. He has sold in the Edmonton/Sherwood Park area from 1998 to 2003, then relocated to Kelowna/West Kelowna in 2004 to start again.
