Every day we get to help people buy and sell property in our favorite place, Chestermere Lake. When we moved to Chestermere there were 900 people. No services, no schools, no doctors, no grocery stores. But we have loved it here. As a waterski enthusiast, a sailor and a fisherman, there has been no better place for us to live. When we moved here there were few options for people to choose from. Now there are apartment condos, townhouses, and homes that are backing onto ponds and creeks. You have a choice of what school your children can go to. The market in Chestermere is not the same as in Calgary, and it is a mistake to use a realtor that does not know this market as well as we do! We are here every day! We know what has sold, why it sold for the price that it did. We know which homes are priced below market, at market, and above market. We contribute to the community with charitable contributions and by volunteering in the community. We have built our home here, raised our family here and based our business here.
